*** Items to be cleaned must be reachable with a 2-step ladder. We clean items in place to reduce risk of breakage. We do not move furniture.
OUR PLANS
Our Professional Cleaning Services rate depends on QUOTE. Special requests can be done during the booking.
General Cleanings Include:
- DUSTED Ceiling fans & light fixtures, blinds, window sills & lock ledges, Moldings & woodwork, baseboards, lamps & lampshades, pictures, knick-knacks, top of refrigerator
- Cobwebs removed, furniture dusted & polished, Outside of appliances wiped cleaned), Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed, Counter tops and backsplashes wiped clean
- All sinks scrubbed and disinfected, Mirrors “Windexed”, Cabinets spot cleaned, Wastebaskets emptied/washed/relined
- All bathroom counters and fixtures sanitized, Tub/shower and tile scrubbed
- Stairs vacuumed, Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Beds made; 1 set of sheets changed
Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleanings
include a General Cleaning PLUS:- WASHED ceiling fan blades, light fixtures & switch plates, doors and door frames, window sills and lock ledges, cabinets from top to bottom
- VACUUMED blinds, curtain tops, carpets, lower air returned vents
- Maps & lampshades dusted or vacuumed with attachment
- Stairs mopped if not carpeted
- Inside the microwave cleaned
- Special attention to heavy dust build-up throughout the house
- Special attention to build-up in bathrooms and kitchen
